Eating at least 4.5 cups of fruits and vegetables a day, 3.5oz of fish a week, three 1-ounce servings of fiber enriched whole grains per day, limiting your sodium intake to less than 1,500 milligrams a day, and drinking no more then 36 ounces of sugar-sweetened beverages a day.
